Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics classes involve all the usual exercises you would complete in a studio based aerobics session, just in water. Exercising in water provides a great low-impact way to improve fitness without causing stress to your joints and muscles.
Bodybalance™
BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. During BODYBALANCE™, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Indoor Cycling Coach by Colour
ICG’s Coach By Color® training system, delivers real-time, color-coded biofeedback to the user. Coach By Color® has five colored training zones: white, blue, green, yellow and red. These zones can be linked to WattRate® (power) and Functional Threshold Power (FTP), or heart rate and percentage of Heart Rate Max (HRM). FTP represents the workload above which an individual cannot sustain prolonged exercise. Similar to HRM, once an individual‘s FTP is known, users are assigned the 5 colored zones to accurately coach their effort for the best customized results. Patent-pending, to vividly display the color zones the WattRate® TFT Computer 2.0 features a bright, full-color, self-powered, fully integrated TFT screen and a front LED display. The high-powered LEDs and cleverly designed casing flood the front panel with bright, rich color that can be seen over great distances and wide angles.
Lane Swimming Fast Lane
A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
Lane Swimming Slow Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace. Where possible a double lane will be provided. This lane is perfect for those who are categorised as vulnerable or want a greater level of social distancing.

Public Swim
Experience the joy of swimming with our Public Swimming Session at Bicester Leisure Centre. Sessions provide a flexible and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking to enjoy some family time, or simply relax in the water, our Public Swimming Session is the perfect way to stay active and have fun. Our Teaching pool is only suitable for those under the age of 8.
Stretch Class
Improve your flexibility, strength and posture. The class incorporates deep stretches, yoga postures and pilates exercises. It will help you use your muscles more effectively and efficiently, helping you to improve your posture and move more with confidence.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Bodypump™
Get lean, build strength and tone muscle with BODYPUMP, a group-based barbell class to work all your major muscle groups
Junior Gym
Junior Gym is a supervised session where teens and older children can access the gym floor with access to appropriate equipment. Please note this is to access the gym - all group exercises classes are to be booked separately.
Lane Swimming Medium Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres
Lane Swimming Slow Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace. Where possible a double lane will be provided. This lane is perfect for those who are categorised as vulnerable or want a greater level of social distancing.
Pilates
Pilates classes aim to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
Sprint®
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results.
TRIBE FITNESS
TRIBE FITNESS are exciting team training programs that run on the gym floor, led by one of our Personal Trainers as part of a small group training session.. These sessions are based around excelling your fitness, alongside your team under the keen supervision of one of our Personal trainers. TRIBE FITNESS is designed and implemented with the goal of pushing you to your limits and seeing just how far you and your team can go! Set yourself goals and work together to achieve them!
