Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics classes involve all the usual exercises you would complete in a studio based aerobics session, just in water. Exercising in water provides a great low-impact way to improve fitness without causing stress to your joints and muscles.
Body Conditioning
High impact classes targeting the whole body through strength, endurance and aerobic exercises. Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique and improve your overall fitness
Circuit Training
Circuit training comes in many shapes and sizes. The instructor decides on a number of different strength and/or cardio based exercises which are performed at different stations one after the other. Usual circuit training sessions will allow for a short rest period in between stations and a longer rest period before the whole circuit is repeated.
Lane Swimming Fast Lane
A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
Lane Swimming Medium Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres

Queenax
Queenax is conducted around a specialised training frame developed by Precor. This focuses on bodyweight suspension exercises and the use of anchor points which you can use various types of attachments for a calisthenics style workout.
Tai Chi
A dynamic stretch class incorporating flowing postures for an athletic and energising workout for all levels
Zumba®
