It combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises to create a killer workout that gets results Cycle - Fitness A lower intensity indoor cycling session with slightly shorter efforts. A great introduction for those new to indoor cycling or an ideal session for those that are looking for a less strenous workout. HIIT HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. In a HIIT class you will be expected to perform cardio exercises to your maximum effort for a short duration of time (usually 10-45 seconds) followed by a short rest period. This is repeated with the same or different exercises. Kettlebells A Class designed to take your training to a whole new level of fitness to help you achieve your fitness goals. Using a kettlebell your will perform a variety of compound movements meaning you will be working multiple muscle groups , this will improve your strength and muscular endurance, fat burn and cardiovascular fitness.
