Coach by Colour - Performance
An intense indoor Indoor cycling session designed to closely simulate road cycling with sustained hard efforts and longer hills. You will use real-time power measurement to ensure you are working within the correct zone related to your FTP throughout. Each of the 5 zones are assigned a colour which makes following the class very simple.
Dancercise
Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates various forms of dance. It's an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity
Kettlercise
A resistance based class targeting all muscle groups using 1 piece of equipment. This workout will dramatically change your shape whilst improving strength
Pilates
Pilates classes aim to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
TRIBE CORE
TRIBE CORE are exciting team training programs that run on the gym floor, led by one of our Personal Trainers as part of a small group training session... Did you know most strength through movement comes from your core! Work with your group to build yourself a strong foundation! These sessions will not only be based around your generic mat based core exercises, but also using your body weight in addition to free weights. Push yourself to find your core strength. A mixed intensity indoor cycling session using real-time power measurement to ensure you are working within the correct zone. Each of the 5 zones are assigned a colour which makes following the class very simple. You will work at intervals of differing intensity and cadence depending on the beat of the music.
Indoor Cycling Coach by Colour
Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular training class on a stationary exercise bike. You have complete control of the resistance on your bike and your instructor will guide you through hill climbs, sprints and power intervals, all aimed at increasing lower body strength and improving stamina.
