Coach by Colour - Performance
An intense indoor Indoor cycling session designed to closely simulate road cycling with sustained hard efforts and longer hills. You will use real-time power measurement to ensure you are working within the correct zone related to your FTP throughout. Each of the 5 zones are assigned a colour which makes following the class very simple.

Kettlebells are cast iron weights that resemble a cannonball with a handle. They’re lifted using a swinging motion to provide a total body workout
