Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit class is a high energy and fun fitness class in which you perform a range of aerobic moves in the pool shown to you by our motivational instructors!
Cycle - Rhythm
A mixed intensity indoor cycling session where you will work at intervals of differing intensity and cadence depending on the beat of the music.
Lane Swimming Fast Lane
A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
Lane Swimming Slow Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a slow and steady pace. Where possible a double lane will be provided. This lane is perfect for those who are categorised as vulnerable or want a greater level of social distancing.
Stretch Class
Improve your flexibility, strength and posture. The class incorporates deep stretches, yoga postures and pilates exercises. It will help you use your muscles more effectively and efficiently, helping you to improve your posture and move more with confidence.
Bodypump™
Get lean, build strength and tone muscle with BODYPUMP, a group-based barbell class to work all your major muscle groups
Lane Swimming Fast Lane
A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
Lane Swimming Medium Lane
A lane for swimmers who can swim a complete length at a moderate pace without regular stopping i.e. under 45 seconds per 25 metres
Pilates
Pilates classes aim to increase full body strength, with particular emphasis on working your core muscles. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using other specialised equipment.
Tai Chi
A class designed to embrace your mind and body, an excellent way to fight stress. Tai Chi will also help improve flexibility and balance from performing gentle physical exercises and various stretches.
